Went up to Nene kayak course again and after throughing down a good run i got trashed. I went for a front loop, landed on my side straight into a back loop then rolled 4 or 5 times constantly on good side followed by a back loop again then carryied on rolling on my bad side by now my friends apprently stopped laughing and tryed to help. I kept rolling up and getting trashed again so cam out cos i fort that i was going to be dragged out uncontuse so i cam out my boat couldnt breath had a blue nose,blue mouth, throught full of water, felt sick and had a head ach.
What a great exsprence cait wait to go back!
